Thank you for your custom and we’ll endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 3 working days of receipt, but sometimes take a little longer. Please note that garment and print colours are indicative and may vary slightly from your display.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If the item is faulty when it arrived or you would like to exchange it for a different size then simply email email@example.com. You will be asked to return the item in its original condition, ensuring it reaches us within 7 days of you receiving the item. Please include a copy of the invoice and a note of why you’re returning the item, and we’ll replace it as soon as possible.
We want you to be really happy with your purchase and if you’re not, we’ll try our best to sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
When returning a product, you’ll receive a refund to your payment card, minus any postage charges.
Returns can only be accepted back if they are received in their original condition. We reserve the right to offer only a partial refund or exchange on items that are damaged or soiled. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless the item is faulty. To ensure that your items reach us, you may also wish to obtain a Certificate of Posting or use a recorded delivery service as we can, of course, only give refunds or exchanges for goods we actually receive.
